Theatre projects

As part of workshops exploring Shakespeare within Primary Schools, Kate Slater was approached to create 3 very unique head pieces to be worn by the school children in their play making.

The three head pieces included:

Queen Titania head piece

Constructed with a variety of hand crafted flowers and leaves clustered with decorative buttons, pearls and wired beads.

King Oberon crown 

Created with autumn weather cones, hand crafted leather flowers and thorns.

Bottom's donkey ears

Vintage wool fabric, machine embroidered and hand manipulated to create a highly textured, tactile pair of donkey ears - which the children loved.
